Someone removed the locks from six recreational vehicles and trailers parked at a Lincoln business overnight Sunday, stealing more than $3,000 worth of electronics.

Leach Camper Sales, 2727 Cornhusker Highway, reported the thefts Monday morning, Lincoln Police Capt. David Beggs said Tuesday.

Police think a metalworking tool called a reamer was used to drill out the locks between 5 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday. TVs and DVD players were stolen.

Beggs said the business was reviewing surveillance footage for images of suspects or suspicious vehicles.
