"Grinch" Steals Thousands Of Dollars Worth Of DVD Players Intended For Children Posted: 15 Nov 2010 04:08 PM PST Augusta, GA -- Richmond County investigators are looking for the "grinch" who stolen more than $50,000 worth of DVD players intended for children. The theft happened over the weekend at the Pilot Truck Stop, on Gun Club Road. Someone broke into a tractor-trailer and stolen 172 DVD players. The electronics were Christmas gifts for kids sponsored by Toys-R-Us.
