October 12 * A Hispanic male adult reportedly stole two DVD players from Walgreens. According to a witness, he threatened to "blast" her if she called police, and fled the store as the passenger of a black Nissan Sentra. The man was dressed in a great zip-up sweatshirt and a black hat with a white logo. * A man was arrested on the 16800 block of Sultana Street for felony spousal abuse. * A woman was arrested for an outstanding warrant on the 12700 block of Main Street. * An empty residence on the 8300 block of Madera Avenue was burglarized and a stove, dishwasher and microwave oven stolen. * A man was arrested on the 16500 block of Vine Street for driving under the influence after his mother called police, complaining that her son has stolen a bottle of her vodka. * A man was arrested near the intersection of Bear Valley Road and 7th Avenue on an outstanding felony warrant. * A man was arrested on the 11700 block of A Avenue after making six calls in four hours to 911 without an emergency occurring at his location. October 13 * A man was arrested on the 9000 block of Pecan Avenue for domestic battery. * A man was arrested on the 9400 block of Tamarisk Avenue on an outstanding warrant. * A woman was arrested for being drunk in public on the 16900 block of Walnut Street. * A man was arrested on the 18500 block of Willow Street for a parole violation. * A man was arrested on the 16000 block of Orange Street for sexual battery.
