| Two Lebanon County Teens Charged With Burglary Posted: 20 Aug 2010 08:52 AM PDT POSTED: 9:09 pm EDT August 19, 2010 CORNWALL BOROUGH, Pa. -- Two Lebanon County teens face numerous charges related to a rash of vehicle and residential break-ins in Cornwall during the end of July.And more arrests are pending.Police in Cornwall Borough arrested 19-year-old Andrew Muthama of South Lebanon Township and a 17-year-old Cornwall boy.Police said GPS units, tools, cell phones, DVD players, stereo equipment, small electronics, sunglasses and a bicycle were reported stolen July 28.
